Awarded a contract with Treasury's Bureau of the Fiscal Service to provide cultural change consulting.
A short time ago, Treasury joined two bureaus – the Bureau of Public Debt and the
Financial Management Services agency to form The Bureau of the Fiscal
Service. DJ Business Solutions is
working with the
Commissioner and Deputy Commissioners to blend the cultures of these two
organizations, streamline communications and operations and
enhance employee commitment. We have
been successful in coaching this leadership team, producing a roadmap to
transform the culture and facilitating several interviews and leadership
conferences to move towards a blended culture.
