· Business process modernization across all of the Transportation and Security Administration’s (TSA) financial division including a comprehensive Project Management Office (PMO) to support their first full scope audit and to transition financial services to a new shared service provider.

· Design and implementation of streamlined processes and a centralized grants system to manage 21 diverse grants business processes at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
