DJ Business Solutions, LLC is Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm specializing in full service management consulting that brings comprehensive financial, program and systems solutions to our federal clients. DJ Business Solutions has experience in all aspects of federal financial shared services transitions.

We have:

• Assisted the Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Administration in a large Business Process Modernization (BPM) effort that included the entire Financial Management Division. 
• Oversaw the Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) transition to Treasury's Administrative Resource Center (ARC) through our Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services. HUD was the first cabinet level department to move its core financial system and transaction processing to a new federal shared services provider. 
• Designed a new shared service business line for the Census Bureau and then assisted in marketing the service to other agencies.
• Conduct OMB Circular A-123, Appendix D work at multiple agencies. 
• Assist in diverse grants management activities including Business Process Design, System Development, Accounting including grant accrual.
